ANORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER13.08 OF THEMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"WATERANDSEWERCONNECTIONS"BYADDINGNEWSECTIONS
THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That reimbursement schedules be estabisihed by adding certain sec-tions to Chapter 13.08 as follows:
13.08.098 Water service connection charges in Section 33;Township 19 N;
Range 28 East;Willamette Meridian;Section 32,Township 19 N;Range 28 East;Willamette Meridian;Section 4,Township 18 N,Range 28 East,Willamette Meridian and Section 5;Township 18 N,Range 28 East;Willamette Meridian,installed by the Cit.y of MosesLakeundertheLakeshore/Peninsula Reconstruction Project,shallbereimbursedbythepropertyowneruponpropertysubdivisionoruponrequeststoconnecttocitywater.The reimbursement shallbetheregularpermitfeeforwaterservicesasrequiredbyOr-dinance for city installed service.This connection charge shallbeassessedagainstthefollowingproperty:

Section 2.Service installation costs are reimbursed to the Street Improve-
ment Eund with the exception of the water meter costs which are reimbursed totheWater/Sewer Fund.
Section 3.The invalidit.y of any part of this ordinance shall not affect the
validity of any other part of this ordinance which can be given effect without -such invalid part or parts.
Section 4.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
