ANORDINANCEPROVIDINGFORTHEANNEXATIONOF CERTAINTERRITORYTOTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONANDINCORPORATINGTHESAMEWITHINTHECORPORATELIMITSTHEREOFANDPROVIDINGFORTHEASSUMPTIONOFEXISTINGINDEBTEDNESS
THE CITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE;WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:I Section 1.That the following described real estate situated in Grant County,contiguous to the City of Moses Lake and intended to be used for municipal
purposes,and which the City of Moses Lake has an ownership interest in,ishereby-annexed-to and--i-ncor-porated irethe City-of Moses Lake:
The west 30'of Section 24,Township 19 North;Range 28,East,Willamette Meridian Grant County,Washington;between Wheeler RoadandNelsonRoad,except the north 668.91 feet.
Section 2.There shall be no requirement to assume any portion of existingcityindebtednessbytheareaannexed.No property herein annexed shall bereleasedfromanyoutstandingindebtednessleviedagainstitpriortosaidannexation.
Section 3.A copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Board of County
Commissioners of Grant County,Washington.
Section 4.The city's Comprehensive Plan shall be adopted for the area hereinannexed.
Section 5.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)daysafteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
