ANDRDINANCEREPEALINGCHAPTER18.33 OF THEMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"C-3,NEIGHBORHOODCOMMERCIALZONE"
THECITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
I Section 1.Chapter 18.33 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "C-3,Neighborhood Commercial Zone"is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)daysafteritspassageandpublicationasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by the City Council and signed by its Mayor on July 23,1985.
