AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER13.04 OF THEMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"SEWERREGULATIONS"
THE CITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Moses Lake Municipal Code Chapter 13.04 entitled "Sewer Regula-I tions"is amended to provide as follows:
13.04.045 Private Systems:Private sewer systems;septic tanks;and on-sitedisposalsystemsareprohibitedforsubdivisions.
13.04.150 Installation and Connection to Toilet Facilities With Sewer:The
owner of all houses,buildings,or properties used for humanoc-cupancy;employment;recreation;or other purpose,situated within
the city and abutting on any street or alley in which there is con-structed and now located or within two hundred feet (200')of anystreetoralleyinwhichthereisconstructedandnowlocatedapublicsanitaryorcombinedsewerofthecity;is required at his
expense to install suitable toilet facilities therein and to con-nect such facilities directly with the property public sewer inaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthischapterandaspermitted byRCW35.24.290(4)as now in effect or hereinafter amended,within six(6)months after the date of official notice to do so.
Section 2.Section 13.04.045 shall take effect and be in force five (5)days
after its passage and publication as provided by law.Section 13.04.150 shalltakeeffectandbeinforceonJanuary1;1987.
