AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER18.67 OF THEMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"PLANNEDDEVELOPMENTDISTRICTS"
THE CITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON00 ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 18.67 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Planned
i Development Districts"is amended as follows:
.18.67.190 Maintenance Bond:Upon completion of the required public improve-
ments and prior to acceptance by the Council,the subdivider/developer must submit a maintenance bond or alternative securityapprovedbytheCityAttorneyinanamountdeterminedb.y the Cit.yEngineerandapprovedbytheMunicipalServicesDirector.Themaintenancebondamountshallbetheactualconstruction.An al-
ternative security shall be in an amount not less than ten percent(10%)nor more than one hundred percent (100%)of the actual costofconstruction.The amount shall be determined on a case by casebasisbasedupontheCityEngineer's estimated cost of repair ormaintenanceshouldrepairormaintenanceberequired.Thesubdivider/developer shall submit documentation of the cost ofconstructiontotheCityEngineerforhisreviewandapprovaland
use in determining the required bond or alternative security
amount.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
