ANORDINANCEAMENDINGTHE 1987 BUDGETFORTHECITY OF MOSESLAKE;WASHINGTON
THECITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSESLAKE;WASHINGTONDO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.GENERALFUND000:To budget for debt service on an interfund loan
for the new city hall in the amount of $22;500which is due in November of
i 1987.To increase the beginning fund balance in the General Fund due to thebeginningfundbalancebeinghigherthanbudgetedandtransferringsametoanobjectfordebtserviceinterestwhichwillbepaidtotheFiremansPension
Fund by warrant.

Section 2.WATERFUND411:To fransfer $2 000 from objects designated by theMunicipalServicesDirectortoobject#419 and pay same to the Central Ser-vices Fund by warrant for a computer system presently used by the Engineering
Department which will be transferred to the Water Department.

Section 3.CENTRALSERVICESFUND517:To budget for the new phone system.Accounting procedures require that all capital leases be budgeted in full in
the year of acquisition and that the lease payments be paid as a non-budgeted
item.The phone system will be capitalized in the Central Service Fund and
rates will be charged to the various city departments as determined in thebudgetprocess.Revenue for phone system is proceeds of leases.
