1328_00001ORDINANCENO.1328 ANORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER18.42 OF THEMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"L-I,LIGHT INDUSTRIALZONE" THECITY COUNCILOF THECITY OF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Chapter 18.42 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "L-I,Light Industrial Zone"is amended as follows: I 18.42.030 Uses in the L-I Zone:For the purpose of clarification,the fol-lowing principal uses among the many possible uses may be permitted in the L-I zone subject to the provisions of this chapter and anyconditionsimposedbythePlanningCommission: A.Light industrial uses B.Commercial and retail business uses in compliance with theprovisionsofthischapterdesiringtolocateinaless restrictive zone. C.The cultivation of land for agricultural products,vineyards,gardening and fruit growing and the keeping of livestock, poultry,rabbits,and bees in accordance with Chapter 18.13 ofthistitleprovi.ded that no buildings or structures shall beerectedofapermanentnatureforhumanhabitationotherthanprovidedinSection18.42.030 E of this chapter. O.Administrative and office facilities for the accommodation ofprofessionalandtechnicalstaffwhichareindependentfromwhataregenerallyrecognizedasbeingsupportiveofprimary uses (i.e.Corporate law firms,engineering firms,accountingfirms,consultants,and technical service agencies). I E.Dwelling units for the convenience of a resident watchman orcustodian.Dwelling units as an appurtenant use to theprimaryuse. F.Accessory uses appurtenant to any primary use. B.Essential public services and utilities. H.Parks and commercial or non-commercial recreational use. I.Private or public ground transportation systems. J.On-site hazardous waste treatment and storage facilities incompliancewiththeperformanceandstandardsoftheState ofWashingtonsitingcriteriaforon-site hazardous waste treat-ment and storage facilities and the requirements of this chap-ter;provided that,on-site hazardous waste treatment andstoragefacilitiesareaccessorytoandsubordinatetoaprimaryusewhichisageneratorofhazardouswaste.
