AN ORDINANCE REPEALINGCHAPTER18.87 OF THE MOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"PENALTY"
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 18.87 ofthe Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled"Penalty"is hereby repealed.
Section2.This ordinanceshalltakeeffectand be inforce five (5)days after its passage and publication
as provided by law.
