ANORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER13.08 OF THEMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"WATERANDSEWER CONNECTIONS"
THECITYCOUNCIL OF THECITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 13.08 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled"Waterand Sewer Connections"is
amended as follows:
13.08.152 Sewer ÇqnnectionCharges -Basin Hemee:Sewerservice installed by the Cityof MosesLakeInSections8,9,10,15,16,21 and 22,T 19 N;R 28 East W.M.;under the Basin
Homes Sewer Project,shallbe reimbursedby the propertyowner upon propertysubdivi-sion or upon request to connect to citysewer.The reimbursement shall be a portion of
the regular permitfee forsewer servicesas requiredbyordinance.The reimbursement feeshallbedepositedtothe410fundandtheremainingportionofthepermitfeeshallbeplacedintheCityofMosesLakesewerrevenuefund.
A.Theconnection charge shallbe assessed against the followingpropertyat a cost of
$1052.19per acre.
