THE CITYCOUNCILOF THECITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.Section 5.04.120 of Chapter 5.04 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "LicensingRegulations"is deleted in its entirety.
Section 2.This ordinance shalltake effectand be in force five(5)days after its passage and publication
as providedby law.
