AN ORDINANCEANNEXINGCERTAINSPECIFIED TERRITORYTO THECITYOF
MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,AND INCORPORATINGTHE SAME WITHINTHECORPORATELIMITSOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,ANDWHICHPROVIDESFORTHEASSUMPTIONOFEXISTINGINDEBTEDNESSANDESTABLISHESTHEZONING
THECITYCOUNCILOF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The following described real estate situated in Grant County is hereby annexed to andincorporatedintheCityofMosesLake:
Parcel #1 -Lot 8,Larson SubdivisionInNWis of Section4,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,Willamette Meridian,GrantCollntkWashingtog
Parcel #2 -Lot9,LarsonSubdivisionin NW4 of Section4,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,Willamette Meridian,GrantCounty,Washington
Parcel #3 -Larson Sewage Treatment Plant according to Grant County Auditor'sfile number
525222 less any county road right-of-way
Section2.Allproperty withinthe territory annexed shallhereinafter be assessedand taxed at the same rateandonthesamerateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithinthecitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation.No
property herein annexed shallbe released from any outstandingindebtedness leviedagainst it priorto saidannexation.
Section 3.That a copy of this ordinance,together with a copy of the officialplat of said territoryto beannexedtotheCityofMosesLakeshallbefiledwiththeBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington and the originalplat of said territoryshall be filed with the County Auditor in the mannerrequiredbylaw.
Section 4.That the annexed real estate described in Section 1 herein is zoned P,Public.
Section 5.Thisordinance shelfiake effectand be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication
as providedby law.
