AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER 18.75 OF THE MOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"APPEALS"
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THECITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 18.75 ofthe Moses LakeMunicipal Code entitled"Appeals"is amended as follows:
18.75.010 RiahtofAcceal.Rulings made byany administrativeofficer,board,commission,orthe CouncilOincarryingouttheprovisionsofthistitlemaybeappealedwithinten(10)days thereafterbyanypersonaggrieved.
18.75.040 Appeal Procedure.Any appeal taken from a decision or rulingof an administrativeofficer,board,commission or the city council must be appealed by the aggrieved party to theappropriatereviewingagency,commission,body or court withinten (10)days of the finaldecisionorruling.Ifsuch appeal is to the Planning Commissionand CityCouncil,the appellantshallsubmitawrittennoticeoftheappealstatingthegroundsthereoftothebodyhearingtheappealalongwithacopyofthenoticeofappealtothepersonorbodywhoserulingisbeingappealedwithinten(10)days of the filing of the appeal.The body hearing the appeal mayrequestsuchadditionalevidenceasisrelevanttotheappeal.Failure byan aggrievedparty tofileanappealwithintheten(10)days shall result Inforfeiture of that party's right to appeal.
Section2.This ordinance shalltake effectand be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication
as provided bylaw.
