\y RESOLUTION NO.3522 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENT OF AN EASEMENT RECITALS: 1. 2. Penn Plaza,LLC has requested the City of Moses Lake to abandon the easement described as follows: The 60 foot public utility easement in the Penn Plaza #4 Short Plat. Potential users of the easements have been notified of the proposed abandonment and no comments were received. RESOLVED: 1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the easement described above will be abandoned and thatthe Interim City Manager is authorized to execute the necessary documents in orderto accomplish that abandonment.
