- RESOLUTION NO.3544 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENT OF AN EASEMENT RECITALS: 1.The City of Moses Lake has received a request from Carliie Development,LLC to abandon the following described easement: That portion of an existing sewer easement shown in Quit Claim Deed,recorded in Volume 26 of Deeds on Pages 172 through 186,under AFN 525222,Records of Grant County,Washington,found within Parcel No.110069512,shown on the sketch attached hereto and labeled "Exhibit A"and located within the boundaries of the final plat of the Carliie Development Major Plat to be recorded concurrently with this document. Parcel No.110069512 RESOLVED: 1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake does resolve that the easement described above will be abandoned and that the City Manager is authorized to execute the necessary documents inorder to accomplish that abandonment.
