ResolutionNo. 238 providesall grantsof real estate, or any interesttherein,to theCity of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2. Hayden Homes, LLC and Te Amo Rapido, LLC have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
