A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENT OF AN EASEMENT
1.Bill Bernhardt has requested the City of Moses Lake to abandon the easement described as follows:
The 10 foot sewer line easement granted May 22,1950 under AFN 157438 and 157430.
RESOLVED:
1.The CityCouncil of the Cityof Moses Lake does resolve that the easement described above will be
abandoned and that the City Manager is authorized to execute the necessary documents inorder to
accomplish that abandonment.
Adopted by the City Council on December 22,2015.
