{_J A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENT OF AN EASEMENT
RECITALS:
1. The City of Moses Lake has received a request from Busby International,Inc.to abandon the
following described easement,recorded under Auditor's File Number 850414:
A portion of Farm Unit 76,Irrigation Block 41 in the south halfof Section 18,Township 19 North,Range 29 EastWillamette Meridian,Grant County,Washington.
Said easementis20feetwide;10 feetof said width lying either sideofthe following described line:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 18;thence North 89044'10"West along the
Southerly line of saidSection 18andthe center line ofWheeler Roada distanceof 2,313.46 feetthenceNorth00°15'50"Easta distance of 40.00 feettothe Northerly right ofwayofWheeler Road
and the true pointof beginning;thence continuing North 00°15'50"East a distance of 660 feet tothe
terminus ofsaid line.
Containing 0.30 acres more or less.

RESOLVED:
1."The CityCouncilof the Cityof Moses Lake does resolve that the easement described above will be
abandoned,thatthe ownership,operation and maintenance ofthe existing waterline located within
theeasementareaistransferred toBusbyInternational,Inc.,and thatthe City Manager is authorized
to execute the necessary documents inorderto accomplish the abandonment.
