3634RESOLUTION NO.3634 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ABANDONMENT OF EASEMENTS RECITALS: 1.The City of Moses Lake has requested the abandonment ofthe easements described as follows: A portion ofthe NW 1/4 ofSec.23,T.19 N.,R.28 E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington,described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 42of Garden Heights 2nd Addition to Moses Lake,Washington, according tothe platthereof,filed in the recordsofGrant County,Washington;thence N08°58'45" W a distance of 30.37 feet;thence N 89°58'50"W on a line which is parallel to, and 30 feet from the centerline of 9,h Avenue as measured at rightangles,a distance of 1174.85 feet, more or less, to the SE corner of Lot 11,Fairbanks-Hull Addition to Moses Lake,as filed inthe records ofGrant County, Washington;thence S 0°14'30"Wa distanceof30 feet,moreorless, tothe east-west centerline of said Sec. 23;thence S 89°58'50" E along the east-west centerline of said Sec. 23 a distance of 1179.60 feet,more or less,to the True Point of Beginning. RESOLVED: 1.The CityCouncil of the Cityof Moses Lake does resolve that the easements described above will be abandoned and that the City Managerisauthorizedtoexecute the necessary documents in orderto accomplish that abandonment.
