A RESOLUTION ALLOWING AT&T MOBILITY AND CRAB CREEK HOMESTEAD,LLC TO
BUILD ON UNPLATTED PROPERTY
RECITALS:
1.Resolution 3377 is hereby rescinded.
1.Moses Lake Municipal Code 16.12.030 allows for the issuance of a building permit to a proponent
who wishes to build on unplatted property after a resolution from the City Council.
2. at&t Mobility and Crab Creek Homestead,LLC requested the City Council to allow building on
unplatted property described as follows:
NW NORTH OF AIRBASE R.R.SPUR R/W Section 14,Township 19N,Range 28,E.W.M.
RESOLVED:
1.That AT&T Mobilitybe allowed to construct a 100"monopole tower along with appropriate equipment
in a 50' x 50'area on unplatted property located off of Stratford Road and adjacent to the lake and
Highway 17.
Adopted by the City Council on December 13,2016.
