A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM
AHO CONSTRUCTION I, INC.
Recitals:
1.Resolution No. 238 provides all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of MosesLake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Aho Construction I, Inc. has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.Easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City
of Moses Lake:
A parcel of land located in a portion of the Southwest and Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W .M., Grant County, Washington, being 52.00 feet in width, 26.00 feet each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a United States Bureau of Reclamation Brass cap marking the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of said Section 30;
Thence North 00°26'49" West along the West line of said Northwest Quarter, 1330.19 feet to the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter;
Thence North 89°56'23" East along the North line of said Southwest Quarter, 1647.25 feet to the
Northeast corner of "Sun Terrace No. 6 Major Plat";
Thence South 00°03'37" East along the East line of "Sun Terrace No. 6 Major Plat", 100.00 feet;
Thence North 89°56'23" East along the East line of "Sun Terrace No. 6 Major Plat", 12.10 feet;
Thence South 00°03'37" East along the East line of "Sun Terrace No. 6 Major Plat", 26.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said centerline description;
Thence North 89°56'23" East, 643.09 feet;
Thence along the arc of a 500.00 foot radius tangent curve to the right, the long chord of which bears South 76°50'51" East for a chord distance of 228.57 feet through a central angle of 26°25'31" for an arc distance of 230.60 feet;
Thence South 63°38'06" East, 98.68 feet to the Westerly Right-of-Way line of Fairway Drive and
the terminus of said centerline description;
The Northerly and Southerly lines of said easement shall be lengthened or shortened as needed as to
intersect the East line of said "Sun Terrace No. 6 Major Plat" and said Westerly Right-of-Way line of Fairway Drive.
