3722 Boeing Company EasementRESOLUTION NO. 3722 A RESOLU"flOrJ AGCl.::PT!NG AN \:2ASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM THE BOEING COMPANY Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of MosesLake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.The Boeing Company hc.1s presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolvsd: 1.Easement for municipal purposas for the following described property is hereby accepted by the Cityof Moses Lake: A 10.00 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND BEING A PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 28 EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, THE CENTERLINE OF WHICH IS SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A 1-INCH (OUTSIDE DIAMETER) IRON PIPE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PARCEL BAS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY OF LARSON AIRFORCE BASE COMPLETED FOR THE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION BY JOHN D. SWIFT DATED JUNE 2, 1971, RECORDS OF WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES; THENCE NORTH 72.41'35" WEST, ALONG THE WESTERLY EXTENSION OF THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID PARCEL B, 226.20 FEET TO A 1-INCH (OUTSIDE DIAMETER) IRON PIPE ON THE EASTERLY LINE OF PARCEL 4 OF SAID SURVEY; NORTH 17'15'55" EAST, ALONG SAID EASTERLY LINE, 131.27 FEET TO THE POINT OF THIS CENTERLINE DESCRIPTION; THENCE NORTH 72.44'05" WEST, 263.41 FEET TO THE EASTERLY LIMITS OF LIFT STATION #2 AS DESCRIBED IN DEED RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR'S FILE NUMBER 525222, AND THE TERMINUS OF THIS LINE DESCRIPTION.
