3880 Village Park Utility EasementRESOLUTION NO. 3880 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A UTILITY ACCESS EASEMENT RECITALS: 1. In 1998 the Village Park No. 2 Binding Site Plan added lease spaces to the Village Park Mobile Home Park. 2. In 2021, Village Park No. 2 Binding Site Plan Amendment added one lease space to the existing Village Park Mobile Home Park. 3. When a new Binding Site Plan or Amendment is processed, current city policy requires staff to prepare and record a Utility Access Easement to allow staff to legally access the site to maintain, service and read the water meters. 4. City staff prepared a Utility Access Easement, which was signed & notarized by the developer, and then recorded at Grant County Courthouse. RESOLVED: 1. The City of Moses Lake, Washington, accepts a Utility Access Easement for Village Park #2 Major Plat, Binding Site Plan Amendment.
