3933 Central Terminals - Abandon Road Easement RESOLUTION NO. 3933 A RESOLUTION TO ABANDON ROAD EASEMENTS RECITALS: 1. In the 1951 the county acquired road easements south of Wheeler Road between Road L NE and Road N NE, recorded in AFN’s 173690, 174073, 173074 and 176948. 2. A county road was never developed within these easements. 3. The land within the and adjacent to the road easements is currently occupied by an irrigation pivot and is with the Central Terminals Industrial Binding Site Plan. 4. Central Terminals LLC has requested that the city abandon the road easements to clear land to allow for a development proposal and land sale to Group 14 Technologies. RESOLVED: 1. The City of Moses Lake, Washington, declares that road easements found in AFN’s 173690, 174073, 173074 and 176948 are unused and not necessary and are hereby abandoned.
