AN ORDINANCEREPEALINGCHAPTER 16.06 OF THEMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"NORTHWESTENERGY CODE"
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section1.Chapter 16.06 ofthe MosesLake Municipal Code entitled "Northwest Energy Code"is repealedinitsentirety.
O Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication
as provided by law.
