AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER 18.65 OF THE MOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"MANUFACTUREDHOME PARKS"
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 18.56 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Manufactured Home Parks"isamendedasfollows:
18.65.030 Permitted Uses and General Requirements:Subject to the provisîons of this chapter,thefollowingusesarepermittedinamanufacturedhomepark.(Ord.1315,1988)
A.Manufactured home units.
B.Additions to manufacturedhome units.
C.Accessory structures or buildings.
D.Recreational facilities located withinthe manufactured home park and intended solelyfor the
use of the residentsor the residents guests.
E.Bulk storage areas for materialsand equipmentowned by residents and located within themanufacturedhomeparkandlimitedtousebytheresidents.
F.Buildings and structures necessary for the operationof a public utility.
G.Home occupations in compliancewith Chapter 18.55 ofthis title.
H.No space shall be rented or leased within a manufactured home park except fora manufac-tured home unit.
I.The sale of manufacturedhome spaces wlthina manufacturedhome park is prohibited.Manufactured home park Binding Site Plans shall not authorize the sale or transfer ofownershipofaspaceorspaceswithinamanufacturedhomepark.
J.No person,company,or corporationshallestablish a new manufactured home parkwithout
first complying with the provisionsand standards ofthischapter and obtainingallnecessarypermitsandapproval.
Section2.This ordinance shalltakeeffectand be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
