Section2.Allpropertywithintheterritoryannexed shallhereinafter be assessed andtaxed at the same rateandonthesamerateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithinthecitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation.No
property herein annexed shall be releasedfromany outstanding indebtedness leviedagainst it priorto saidannexation.
Section3.That a copy of this ordinance,together with a copy of the official plat of said territoryto beannexedtotheCityofMosesLakeshallbefiledwiththeBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington and the original plat of said territoryshall be filed with the County Auditor Inthe mannerrequiredbylaw.
Section4.That the annexed realestate describe in Section 1 hereiniszoned C-2,GeneralCommercialandBusiness.
Section 5.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitsordinanceasprovidedbylaw.
