AN ORDINANCEANNEXINGCERTAINSPECIFIED TERRITORYTOTHE CITYOFMOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,AND INCORPORATINGTHE SAME WITHINTHECORPORATELIMITSOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,ANDWHICHPROVIDESFORTHEASSUMPTIONOFEXISTINGINDEBTEDNESSANDESTABLISHESTHEZONING
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTONDO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
O Section 1.The following described real estate situated in Grant County contiguous to the Cityof MosesLakeisherebyannexedtoandincorporatedintheCityofMosesLake:
Beginning at the south quarter corner of Section25,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.;thence South 89*16'59"Easta distance of 390.00 feet,more ortess;to the líääterlyTighi-of-waylineofS.R.17;thence South 00°40'40"West a distance of30.00 feet to the southerlyright-of-
way of Kittleson Road;thence South89°19'20"East along the southerlyright-of-wayof KittlesonRoad,a distance of 444.00 feet,more or less and the true point of beginning.
Thence North 00•3700"East a distance of 238.50 feet;thenceSouth 89°19'20"East a distanceof68.00 feet;thence South 00°3700"West a distance of 238.50 feet;thence North 89°19'20"West a distance of 68.00 feet to the True Polnt of Beginning.Containing0.372 acres more orless.
Section2.Allpropertywithinthe territoryannexed shallhereinafter be assessed and taxed at the same rateandonthesamerateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithinthecitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation.Nopropertyhereinannexedshallbereleasedfromanyoutstandingindebtednessleviedagainstitpriortosaidannexation.
Section 3.That a copy of this ordînance,together witha copy of the official plat of said territoryto beannexedtotheCityofMosesLakeshallbefiledwiththeBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington and the originalplat of said territory shall be filed with the County Auditor in the mannerrequiredbylaw.

Section5.This ordinance shalltake effectand be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitsordinanceasprovidedbylaw.
