AN ORDINANCEANNEXINGCERTAINSPECIFIED TERRITORYTO THE CITYOF
MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,AND INCORPORATINGTHE SAME WITHINTHECORPORATELIMITSOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,ANDWHICHPROVIDESFOR
THE ASSUMPTION OF EXISTING INDEBTEDNESSAND ESTABLISHES THEZONING
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDO ORDAINASFOLLOWS:
O Section 1.Thefollowingdescribed real estate situated in Grant Countycontiguous to the Cityof MosesLakeIsherebyannexedtoandincorporatedintheCityofMosesLake:

Farm Unit98,Fourth RevisionofIrrigation Block 41,ColumbiaBasin Project,accordingto theplatthereoffiledAugust10,1955,records ofGrantCounty,Washington,except those portionsofsaidFarmUnit98describedasfollows:

Section 2.AIIproperty within the territory annexed shall hereinafter be assessed and taxed atthe same rateandonthesamerateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithinthecitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation.Nopropertyhereinannexedshallbereleasedfromanyoutstandingindebtednessleviedagainstitpriortosaidannexation.
Section 3.That a copy of this ordinance,together witha copy of the officialplat of said territoryto beannexedtotheCityofMosesLakeshallbefiledwiththeBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington and the original plat of said territory shall be filed with the CountyAuditor in the mannerrequiredbylaw.
Section4.Thatthe annexed real estate describe inSection 1herein is zoned R-1,SingleFamily Residential.
Section 5.This ordinance shall take effectandbe in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitsordinanceasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by the CityCouncil and signed by its Mayoron June 8,1993.
