Section 3.That a copy of this ordinance,together with a copy of the official plat of said territoryto beannexedtotheCityofMosesLakeshallbefiledwiththeBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington and the original plat of said territoryshall be flied with the County Auditor in the mannerrequiredbylaw. Section4.That the annexed real estate describe in Section1 hereiniszoned R-1,SingleFamily ResidentiaL Section 5.This ordinance shalltake effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitsordinanceasprovidedbylaw.
