AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER 18.22 OFTHE MOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"R-3,MULTI-FAMILYRESIDENTIALZONE"
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THECITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 18.22 of the Moses I.akeMunicipalCode entitled "R-3,Multi-FamilyResidentialZone"is amended as follows:
O 18.22.260 Bulldinq Heights:No buildingor structureshalle×ceed thirtyfeet (30')In height except that thefollowingstructuresmaybeerectedhigherthantheheightlimitrestrictions:
A.Churchspires,steeples,and bell towers
B.Church structures may exceed thirtyfeet (30')in height upon the granting of a conditionalusepermitbythePlanningCommission.
C.Flag poles
D.Commercialradio and televisiontransmissiontowers
E.Water reservoirs
A structure allowed under this section shall remain a distance from the side propertylines notlessthanitsheight.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effectand be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
