1598_00001ORDINANCENO.1598 AN ORDINANCE CREATINGA PLANNED UNIT RESIDENTIALDEVELOPMENTDISTRICTOFMOSESLAKEPURSUANTTOMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODE18.22.020 (8)AND MOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODE 18.67 THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAINASFOLLOWS: Section 1.The followingdescribed property shall be permitted to develop as Planned Development DistrictNo.5,and shall be named Hayden Estates Second Addition Planned UnitResidential District asrecordedwiththeGrantCountyAuditor Section 2.Allrequirements and standards of the R-1 Zone,SingleFamily Residential Zone,shall apply tothePlannedDevelopmentDistrictNo.5 with the following deviationsand conditions: A.Deviationsto the corner lot exteriorside yardsetback requirementto allowa setback of 15'. B.Devlations to the rear yard setback requirement to allowa setback of 15'. C.Deviations to the side yard setback requirement to allowa setback of 5". D.Deviationsto the 60'street right-of-way width requirement to allow a 50'wide street right-of- way with the street to be constructed 36'wlde back of curb to back of curb. E.Deviations to the lot depth requirement to allowa 76.78'lot depth on the eastem propertylineofLot10ofBlock5andtoallowan85.61'lot depth on the eastern propertyline ofLot9ofBlock5.
