AN ORDINANCECREATINGTHE AIRPORTFUND
THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THECITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.The Airport Fund is created as follows:
A.It is desired to establish and define the operationsof the Airport Fund.
B.To rnanage the municipal airport,the Airport Fund #495 shall be established as a proprietary
C.The fund shallreceive alluser fees and other revenues accruing to the airportand shall pay allexpenseschargeabletotheairport
Section 2.This ordinanceshall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
