AN ORDINANCEANNEXINGCERTAINSPECIFIED TERRITORYTOTHE CITYOFMOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON,AND INCORPORATINGTHE SAME WITHINTHECORPORATELIMITSOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,ANDWHICHPROVIDESFOR
THE ASSUMPTION OF EXISTINGINDEBTEDNESSAND ESTABLISHESTHEZONING-
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THECITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
0 Section 1.The following described real estate situated in Grant Countycontiguous to the Cityof MosesLake,as shown on the attached map,is hereby annexed to and Incorporated in the City of Moses Lake:
Parcel A:That portionof the NE¼ofthe SEX and the SE¼of the NE%of Section 30,Township19.North,Range28 East,W.M,,GrantCounty,Washington,.lyingwestof the county road-known -as Hansen Road and north ofthe Interstate 90 right-of-way.
Parcel B:Thatportionof the SE¼ofthe SE¼of Section30,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,GrantCounty,Washington,lying north of the Interstate 90 right-of-way.
Parcel C:That portionof Hansen Road beginning at the northerlyright-of-wayof Interstate 90tothesoutherlyright-of-way ofWestshore Drive.
Section 2.AIIpropertywithin the territoryannexed shallhereinafterbe assessed and taxed at the same rateandonthesamebasisasotherpropertywithinthecitytopayforanyoutstandingindebtednessoftheCityofMosesLakecontractedpriortoorexistingatthedateofannexation.No propertyhereinannexed shallbereleasedfromanyoutstandingindebtednessleviedagainstitpriortosaidannexation.
Section 3.That a copy of this ordinance,togetherwltha copy of the off1clalplat of said territoryto beannexedtotheCityofMosesLakeshallbefiledwiththeBoardofCountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington and the original plat of.said territory shall be filed with the County Auditor in the mannerrequiredbylaw.
Section 4.The portionof the annexed real estate described in Section 1 is zoned C-1,Central BusinessDistrict,and the remaining annexed real estate described in Section 1 is zoned R-1,Single FamilyOResidential:
The NE¼of the SE¾of Section30,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,Grant County,Washington,lying westerly of Hansen Road,except the westerly 300 feetand the northerly 465feetthereof,containing 10.965 acres,more or less.
Section5.This ordinanceshall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
