AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGCHAPTER5.04 OF THE MOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"LICENSINGREGULATIONS"
THE CITYCOUNCILOF THE CITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDOORDAINASFOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 5.04 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled"LicensingRegulations"*is amended
as follows:
O 5.04.020 License Required:It is unlawfulfor any person,firm,corporation,or association to engage in
any kind of business,trade or profession authorized by law,which is not licensed as a transientmerchant,itinerant merchant,Itinerant vendor,or the like by Moses Lake Municipal Code 5.06,and for which a license is required,as provided in this chapter,withinthe city,without firstobtainingaIIcenseasprovidedforbythischapter.Any person,firm,corporation,or associationowninganyrentalunitsormobliehomespacesusedforresidentialpurposeswhichhaveanon-site residential manager shall be required to obtain a business license.Any person,firm,corporation,or association owning any transient living units,mini-storageunits,recreationalvehiclespaces,or campground spaces shall be required to obtaina business license.
Section 2.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
