AN ORDINANCEAMENDINGCHAPTER 5.36 OF THEMOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"SOLICITORS"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 5.36 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Solicitors"is amended as follows:
5.36.030 Business License:
A.Each solicitorwhois self employed and each companyor firm employing solicitorswillberequiredtoobtainabusinesslicenseassetforthinMoseslakeMunicipalCodeChapter5.04.
B.AIIlicenses shall expire on the thirty-firstday of December of each year and no reduction
in fee for such licenses shall be made for any partial year.No license shall be transfer-able.AIIlicenses willbe renewedthroughthe Finance Director with the payment of theyearlyfee.
Section 2.This ordinance shalltakeeffect and be in force five(5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
