AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGMOSES LAKEMUNICIPALCODE CHAPTER 16.48ENTITLED"FIRE HYDRANTS"AND SECTION 16.48.120
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 16.48 entitled"Fire Hydrants"and section 16.48.120 is amended as follows:
16.48.120 Penalties:A violation of any section or provision of thischapter is a C-4 civilinfraction asprovidedinChapter1.08 of thiscode.Each day upon whicha violationoccurs or continuesconstitutesaseparateoffense.
Section 2.This ordinanceshall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
