1669_00001ORDINANCE NO.1669 950 4170 27 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN SPECIFIED TERRITORY TOTHECITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,AND INCORPORATINGTHE SAME WITHINTHECORPORATELIMITSOFTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,AND WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE ASSUMPTION OF EXISTING INDEBTEDNESS ANDESTABLISHESTHEZONING THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DOORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The following described real estate as shown on theattached map marked ExhibitA which by thisreference is incorporatedwithin thisordinance,situated in Grant Countycontiguous to the City ofMosesLakeisherebyannexedtoandincorporatedintheCityofMosesLake: That portionoftheSE¼ofSection 10,Township19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.and theNE¼of Section 15,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.described as follows: Commencingat the northeastcorner.of said Section15 oridproceediB2 South .along theeasterlysectionlineandthenwesterly,perpendiculartotheeasterly lineofsaidSection 15 tothewesterlyright-of-wayof StratfordRoad and thesoutherlyright-of-wayof Kinder Road andtheTruePointofBeginning. Section 4.That the annexed real estate described in Section 1 herein is zoned R-2,Single Family andTwoFamilyResidential,and R-3,Multi-familyResidential,as illustrated on the map on filewith theFinanceDirector.
