B.The open space standard of Moses Lake Municipal Code Section 18.22.090 is added to theunderlyingR-1 zone standards with regard totheapproximately east 130'of Lot3,Block 3,CrestviewCourtMajorPlat,Auditor's File #941114002. C.The setback requirements of Moses Lake Municipal Code Section 18.22.100 shall replace theunderlyingR-1 zone setback requirements withregard to theapproximately east 130'of Lot 3,Block3ofCrestviewCourtMajorPlat,Auditor's File#941114002.
