AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGCHAPTER 10.12 OF THE MOSESLAKEMUNICI-PAL CODE ENTITLED"PARKINGREGULATIONS"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 10.12 of the Moses LakeMunicipal Code entitled"Parking Regulations"is amended
as follows:
10.12.040 Penalties for Parkina Violations:All parking violationsshall be subject to a penalty of fifteen
dollars ($15)unless another penalty is specifically providedherein,Provided ifthedefendant
fails torespond tothe notice of infraction issued for theviolation,an additional penaltyof $25shallbeimposedbytheMunicipalCourtforthefailuretorespond.Such penalty shall not be
suspended or excused by the Court
Section2.This ordinance shalltakeeffectand be in force five(5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adoptedby the City Council and signed by its Mayor on September 12,1995.
