THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOEES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 12.28 of the Moses Lako Municipal Code entitled "Fences,Walls,and Hedges"isamendedasfollows:
12.28.020 Fence Locations:The propertyowler is responsiblefor locating theproperty line for fence andwallconstruction.The citywillnotinspect for norhave any responsibility whatsoever tolocatethepropertylines.
Section 2.This ordinance shall takeeffectan be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
