ANORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16.04 OF THE MOSES LAKEMUNICI-PAL CODE ENTITLED "UNIFORM BUILDINGCODE"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 16.04 of theMoses LakeMunicipal Codeentitled "Uniform Building Code"is amendedasfol\ows:
16.04.030 Amendments Made in theUniform Buildinq Code:The Uniform Building Code is amended andchangedasfollows:
A.Section 106.2 (Work Exempt From Permit)is amended by adding thefollowing:
1.Replacing windowswith no changes to the headers or other structural components
2.Replacing siding overexistingsiding or exteriorsheathing
3.Replacing roofcoveringof not more than twenty-fivepercent (25%)oftotalroof area
4.Installing boat docks and piers for residential use
Section 2.This ordinanceshall takeeffect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw.
Adopted by the CityCouncil and signed by its Mayor on September 12,1995.
