AN ORDINANCE REPEALINGORDINANCE NO.1675 AND VACATINGPARKSTREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Ordinance No.1675 is repealed.
Section 2.A portionofPark Street described as follows,shall be vacated and the existing water mainandfirehydrantsshallbeabandoned:O That portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,Grant
County,Washington,more particularly described as follows:
Commencing froma nail in concrete,accepted as thecenter of said section 15 and a pointon centerlineofValleyRoad:
Thence South 89•52'27"East,along the South line oftheNortheast quarter of said section 15 and the
,centerline of said Valley Road,1128.94 feet,to the intersection of Valley Road and Central Drive;
