Section 2.Desert Lakes Planned UnitCommercial Development is a mixed use development.The land
uses thatare permitted in Desert Lakes Major Plat are:
A.Restaurant develópment within the C-2 Zone
B.Battingcages and concessions within the R-2 Zone
C.Recreational vehicle parkingwith hookups within the R-2 Zpne
D.Recreational vehicle parkingwithhookups withinthe R-3 Zone
E.Golfdrivingrange and puttinggreens withinthe R-2,R-3,and C-2 Zones
Section 3.Desert Lakes Planned Unit CommercialDevelopment is an overlay zone.The bulk regulationsoftheunderlyingR-2,R-3,and C-2 Zones are modified as follows:
A.The standards for the safety nettingshall not exceed 120'in height.

Section 4.The City Council declares that an emergency exists and this ordinance shall take effect
immediately as providedby law upon one reading if 2/3 of the entire City Council present vote infavor of
passage.
Adopted by the City Council and signed by its Mayor on March 26,1996.
