AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGTHE1996 BUDGET AND PROVIDINGFORINTERFUNDLOANSFORTHECITYOFMOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON
THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Amend the1996 Budget to allow for interfund loans to be re-written annuallywhichwillborrow$400,000 from theWater/SewerConstruction Fund Ending Fund Balance and $700,000from theSanitationFundEndingFundBalance.Said proceeds will be loaned tothe Capital Fund and the Park
and Recreation Improvement Fund.This ordinance requires purchase orders to move the funds.
