AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.09.020 OF THE MOSESLAKEMUNICIPALCODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That the zoning map of the Cityof Moses Lake shall be changed as follows:
That the followingdescribed property shall be changed from its existing R-1 2one,Single FamilyResidential,toan R-2 Zone,Single Familyand Two Family Residential:
That portionofTract 13 of the Replat of Tracts 1,2,9,10,11,12,13,14,21,and 22ofParkOrchardTracts,recorded in acreage plat book 1,page 39,records of GrantCounty,Washington,lying in the Northeast quarter of Section 15,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,more particularly described as follows:
