THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DOORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The followingdescribed propertyshall be permittedtodevelop as Planned UnitDevelopmentDistrictNo.8,and shall be named Ball Court Short Plat Planned UnitResidentialDistrict asrecordedwiththeGrantCountyAuditor:
Lots 1,2,3,&4,Block5,Hayden Estates Third Addition according to the plat thereoffiledJune30,1995,inBook16of Plats,on pages 56 &57,Records ofGrant County,Washington.
