THECITYCOUNCILOF THECITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTONDO ORDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The followingdescribed real estate,as shown on the attached map marked ExhibitA whichbythisreferenceisincorporatedwithinthisordinance(Reservoir#8),situated in GrantCountycontiguoustothe-City-of Moses Lake is hereby annexed to and incorporated in theCityofMoses Lake:

Commencingat the south quarter corner of said Section 26,thenceNoith 00°38'12"East,alongthe mid-sectionline ofSection 25,868.50 feet to the northwest comer of Ernie's SecondAdditionPlatasrecordedinGrantCountyPlatRecords,Book 16,Page 42,which is thepointofbeginning;thenceSouth 89°19'20"East,along the north line of Ernie's Second AdditionPlat,268.00 feet;thenceNorth 00°38'12'East,208.50 feet;thenceNorth 89°19'20"West,268.00 feet,tothemid-sectionline ofSection25;thenceSouth 00°38'12"West,along the mid-section line of Section 25,208.50 feet,to the pointof beginning,containing 1.28 acres moreorless.

Section 3.That a copy of thisordinanceshallbe filed withtheBoard of CountyCommissionersofGrantCounty,Washington.
Section 4.That theannexedreal estate described in Section 1 herein is zonedPublic.
