AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.09.020 OF THE MOSES
LAKEMUNICIPALCODEENTITLED"ZONING DISTRICTSANDMAP"'BYAMENDING THE ZONINGMAPANDADOPTINGTHE 1996 DIGI-TIZED ZONING MAPIN ITS ENTIRETY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DOORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 18.09 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Zoning Districts and Map"is
amended as follows:
18.09.027 Zoninq Map Amendment:The Zoning Map of the City of Moses Lake shall be changed asfollows:
A.The following described propertyshall be changed from its existing zoning to Public:

Section 2.Section 18.09.020 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Zoning Districts and Map"is
amended as follows:
18.09.020 The city adopts in its entirety the 1996 digitized zoning map which is derived from the 1976
comprehensive zoning map as amended as theofficial zoning map for the city in compliance
withthe intent of RCW Chapter 35.63 as adopted and hereafter amended.
Section 3.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)days after its passage and publication
of its summary as provided by law.
Adopted by theCity Council and signed by its Mayor on March 25,1997.
