1767_00001ORDINANCE NO.1767 AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGCHAPTER 10.12 OF THE MOSESLAKEMUNICI-PAL CODE ENTITLED "PARKINGREGULATIONS" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF MOSESLAKE,WASHINGTON DOORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Chapter 10.12 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled"Parking Regulations"is amended as follows: 10.12.035 Restricted Parking Areas: A.Parking shall be prohibitedat alltimeson thefollowing named streets: Pioneer Way Third Avenue to SR 17 except for the following locations:1.Beginning 275 feet south of Third Avenue and ending 500 feet south of Third Avenue on the west side,2.Beginning 275 feet south of Fifth Avenue and ending 970 feet south of Fifth Avenue on thewest side. Balsam Street Beginning thirty-threefeet (33')from the curb point of tangencyonthenortherlycomerofBalsamStreetandSeventhAvenueOandextendingfiftyfeet(50')northwesterly along the northeasterlysideofBalsamStreet;on thenorth side of BalsamStreet wherethenortherlyrightof-way of Fourth Avenue intersects BalsamStreetandextending50feetnorthwesterly.
