1776_00001ORDINANCE NO.1776 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Beginning September 1,1997 charges for garbage collection shall be in accordance with thefeeschedulesetoutinScheduleAwhichisattachedtothisordinanceandbythisreferenceincorporated withinthe ordinance. Section 2.This ordinance shall takeeffect and be in forcefive (5)days after its passage and publicationofitssummaryasprovidedbylaw. Adopted by theCity Council and signed by its Mayor on July 22,1997.
